The Core Curriculum

The Bioengineering Graduate Curriculum is a set of classes designed to develop the foundation for Bioengineering as an academic discipline. The Core Curriculum consists of three classes. New Bioengineering graduate students take one semester courses in Introduction to Bioengineering and Issues in Scientific Integrity; and four semesters of Bioengineering Colloquium, consisting of seminars presented by bioengineering researchers, including presentations and discussions on bioengineering topics.

CPE 756   Introduction to Bioengineering (3 credit hrs).
ENGR 800   Bioengineering Colloquium (0.5 credit hrs/semester, 4 semesters required).
ENGR 801   Issues in Scientific Integrity (1 credit hr).
