Degree Programs

The Bioengineering program offers Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees in Bioengineering. The Bioengineering Programs provides knowledge breadth in engineering and the biological sciences, and knowledge depth in a particular research area. The degrees will prepare students for careers in private and public firms, and a university setting.

Our mission is to be a national leader in bioengineering research, educational activities, and technology transfers. Students work together with bioengineering faculty from a wide variety of technical backgrounds on some of the most perplexing and challenging problems in the field.
